Recently Yves Rocher came out with a new kind of make-up
which a haven’t seen with the other brands. It is a topcoat (like with nail
polish) but than for your eyeshadow. Depending on the on you use it could have
a different effect. There are 3 types. And I will review them all for you.
my eyes with only eyeshadow. No top coat |
According to Yves Rocher this top coat should transform and
fixate you eye shadow.

Glossy effect

This top coat should give a slightly glossy
and shining effect. On my eyes it only give a bit of shining. But I noticed
that if you have a lamp on the effect becomes more visible. So if you go out at night, this might be the top coat for you since the effect will come alive inside. Out of the 3 you will notice this effect the least.

Metallic effect:

When you apply this topcoat, the substance
immediately seems different. It looks more like a gel substance. It effect is
most noticeable when you after application. The more you try to spread the less
visible the effect is.
pearly |
3.
Pearly effect

This is a glitter top coat all the way. It has
gold glitters that stand out in any light setting. It gives me a Christmas feeling
because of all those glitters. But out of the 3 I like this one the best
because of its explosive effect.

Overall it does its work as a top coat but not just by itself. My
eyeshadow stayed in place all day. They usually cost €9,90 but since this shop
has sales quite often you can probably get them cheaper.
For now a tip. When you are done applying,
clean the applicator before you dip in in the bottle again. That way the
substance will stay clear and you can use it for different colors.
Hope you liked this review.
See you next time,
Leonie
