I wanted to experiment with some fake lashes. My own lashes are short and light, With some mascara I can make them look longer and thinker. But even I wanted to experience the effect of fake lashes.
These lashes are designed by a Dutch beautyblogger in collaboration with Allure. Their are 3 sets and I bought Silky, a natural everyday eylash. It comes with glue. I first watched a video of how to apply them. it said to apply some glue on to the lashes and wait around 30 sec, than apply another layer of glue and wait a bit more. Than you can put them on your eyes.
Following this methode, I applied the lashes. I must say that I like the look of these lashes. it looks very natural. only if you have very small eyes the lashes could look unnatural. The glue however is not one i will use again. My lashes got lose after only an hour so next time I will use a different glue.
These lashes are really flexible and easy to apply. For a beginner like me these are perfect. and after cleaning them well, I can use them again. I might start wearing lashes more often from now on.
