This week will be a review about some of the lush products i have been using. It will mostly be about skin care products. All the prices are at the bottom.

Mask of magnanimity

 

What lush says it should do:

‘’ Easily smoothed over the skin anywhere you like, this mask is made with peppermint oil to stimulate, marigold oil and chlorophyllin to treat the skin; evening primrose seeds and aduki beans to gently exfoliate as you remove it. There’s also mineral rich kaolin to nourish, antibacterial honey, and peppermint oil to stimulate the blood cells just under the surface of your skin to leave it looking bright and refreshed.’’

I have to say the smell of this product is not one I like. But I can live with it. I used this about once a week and I noticed that my skin became quite calm while using this mask. It did make me look bright and refreshed the next morning. Cause the moment you wash it of I saw no difference but the next morning I definitely saw the difference. So I recommend this one if you have some acne since it helps really well to calm the red spots.

Angels on Bare Skin

According to lush:

‘’This incredibly gentle cleanser is made from 100% natural ingredients. Inspired by a mediaeval recipe and topped off with lavender flowers, this contains kaolin to absorb grease and dirt, leaving skin clean and nourished. Lavender oil and rose absolute calm the skin. As you mix your solid cleanser with water to form a paste, the ground almonds create almond milk which helps to tone and brighten the skin. This can be used all over your body as well as your face. ‘’

I really liked this product. After I used it, my skin felt so clean and soft. Also it seemed brighter than before. After using it a couple of days my skin became calmer than before. So this product does what it promises. So I recommend this.

 

Popcorn lip scrub

According to lush:

‘’Popcorn makes sure your lips are the main feature thanks to the special effects of coconut oil, sugar and sea salt. You’ll be ready for your close-up once Popcorn’s sugar, sea salt and polenta combine with coconut and jojoba oils to buff and prime your lips – without leaving a film. Just gently rub the popping candy-sweet scrub onto your lips with a clean finger, and your Hollywood smile is all set.’’

This product gets the lose pieces off my skin. Sometimes I do have some trouble with getting it off and I have to use more scrub to remove some lose skin. But I it worked and gave my lips a smooth feeling. So this is m=something I recommend.

The kiss Lip Scrub

Since this is not an sale anymore there is no information from lush. But I imagine that it would be something similar as to what they said about the popcorn lib scrub. I really like the color and the extra touch with the hearts in it. Although I do not like the hearts on my lips. They feel a bit like plastic to me and that is not something I like. So if I were to buy a new scrub it would not be this one.

The Kiss lip scrub was a limited edition in the 2015 valentine collection so it Is not on sale anymore. But thee prices are the same as the popcorn lip scrub.

Hope this helped a bit. I liked all of these products except the kiss since it was a bit too sweet for me.
