packing for a 3 week trip

As you’re reading this I have just come back from my vacation to America. This week I would like to tell you about what I brought with me and how I make sure I take everything what I need with me.

I start really early since this will be a 3 week road trip. I started off with a list on an app called wunderlist. In that list I would write down all the things I want to take with me. And everytime something comes to my mind I can just write it down in my phone. When I start packing I can easily tick off everything I have packed.

 

Some of the things on my list:

-          Make up

-          Clothing

-          Cameras + chargers

-          My passport

-          Hair essentials

-          Toilet essentials

I learned a few years ago that if you roll your clothes instead of folding you can take more with you. While I won’t take too much clothing since I will do some shopping over there. It will still be useful.

I pack my suitcase 2 days in advance with most things. Except the things I am still going to use like toothpaste.

I also take some carry-on luggage with me. In that I put my phone, camera, passport, crème, and some other probably unnecessary things. I always have a small bag with me that contains a lipstick, a crème, a lipbutter, deodorant, bandages and a mirror.

 

This way I hope to bring everything with me. I hope I am not forgetting anything but you won’t know that until you are in a situation in which you need it.

As for make-up I will take some products. It might see like a lot and I know I will not use all of it but you can never be sure. I will bring the following products:

·         2 foundations since I will get a tan and I have 2 shades with me (rimmel match perfection in #100 ivory; rimmel lasting finish in #200 soft beige;)

·         A green nyc cover stick for my red spots

·         A nyc smooth skin primer

·         H&M blush in #19 sugar coral

·         A Japanese eyeshadow base

·         A canmake bronzer

·         A kate coverstick in skin-color

·         The LB eyebrow pallet

·         Yves rocher flawless skin powder in beige moyen

·         A kate eyeliner pencil

·         Eyeshadow pallet form Rimmel #nude in the box

·         3 lipsticks maybelinne 24hour stay in #760 pink spice rose profound; yves rocher in#11 rose petillant; yves rocher #12 marron glace;
