This is a collection from rituals. Rituals is one of my
favorite brand for body products. They have a lot of different lines. This is
the line with the orange packaging. It was a gift I received and the price is
around €25,00. For that price you get the mini versions of some products in this
line.
Body lotion
The body lotion is not that thick of a substance. It smells
really sweet and a bit fruity. It moisturizes really will. The smell wears off
after 2-3 hours for me. I’m okay with that since the smell is a bit too strong
for me.
Foaming shower gel sensation
The smell is organic mandarin & yuzu (a citrus). It really
smells strong just like the body lotion but I like this one more is a more
fruity kind of smell. The substance is a gel like substance when it comes out
bit transfers into a foam later on. I really like these type of products. It reminded
me of volume mousse. After using this my skin felt incredibly soft and smelled
so good.
Fortune oil
Sweet orange & cheddar wood. It is an oil for in the
shower. So I don’t know if I did it right but I rinsed my body after applying
it. My skin felt a bit greasy after using it and I felt like it left some sort
of layer on my skin. After a while my skin even felt a bit dry. I am still not
a big fan of the smell of Sweet orange and cheddar wood.
Good luck scrub
Sweet orange & cheddar wood. Omg what did my skin feel
soft and smooth after using this scrub. When I applied the scrub, it didn’t seem
to do anything but the moment you rinse it off. My skin felt amazing. Even though
the smell is the same as the shower products, it didn’t bother me as much. I think
because in this product the smell wasn’t as strong as the others.
Conclusion
I don’t get why not all the products have the same smell. Only
one product had a different smell than the others. But the one with the different
smell (the body lotion) is the one I liked the best. I will keep using this
line but I think if I were to buy new products I would only buy the body lotion
and the scrub. The shower foam and oil, I would probably buy from a different line
with a smell that I like more.
See you next time,
Leonie
