etude house playstick 101

I found the etude house store in Nagoya last summer. I found this contour stick that I have been curious about for a while now.

The stick has 2 sides a dark brown color for contouring and shading and a light color with some shimmer for high lighting. The packaging looks a bit cheap since it is all plastic. You can get each color out by twisting one side.

The contour color is very creamy. At first it looked quite dark and shoked me a bit. I was worried that I would not be able to blend it out well, since it is a thick substance. I was worried for nothing. blending was so easy. In some aspects I found this prettier than normal powder. Only on my nosebridge did I find the shading not so good. But with some extra blending I could work with it.

The highlighter is really pretty. Once you draw a line it looks very white but once blended it looks so nice. It gives a real natural glow.

This might be one of my favorite contouring products that I have come across so far. I loved the way it looked on my face nothing to heavy but not to see.

See you next time,
Leonie
