37 beauty questions

My first tag. I chose this to put some general info on the site. It is just a fun post with some interesting questions related to skin and makeup.

Q1 how many times do you wash your face on a daily base?

I wash my face at least twice a day. Sometimes more but that is when I redo my entire make up.

Q2 what type of skin do you have?

I have a combined skin type. I depends on the weather if my skin is dryer than usual but some other parts are quite oily.

Q3 what is your current facial wash?

Lush angels on bare skin

Q4 do you exfoliate?

Sometimes. When I have the time for it.

Q5 What brand do you use?

I often use just a supermarket home brand to get most of my make up off. Otherwise Yves rocher or Lush.
Q6 what moisturizer do you use?

Nivea soft.  It does its job well without leaving anything on your skin.

Q7 do you have freckles?

Only in the summer when I’m in the sun a lot.

Q8 do you use eye cream?

No haven’t tried it yet.

Q9 do you or did you have an acne prone skin?

Yes and I still do but it has gotten better.

 

Q10 what foundation do you use?

The rimmel London match perfection in the color Ivory mixed with the lightest color of the Maxfactor CC cream.

Q11 how about concealer.

I use the catrice log lasting concealer. It is cheap and has good coverage. I sometimes use only this product when I do not feel like using foundation.

Q12 do you know your undertone color?

Yes, I am a cold undertone with a pink touch. Any yellow undertone will make me look orange.

Q13 what do you think of fake lashes?

I think they can be beautiful if you put them on right. But as for now I can’t even get them near my real lashes. I hope someday I will be able to place them perfectly.

Q14 did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?

Yes I know but to be honest I don’t do that. I use it till I think it is not doing its job anymore.

Q15 what brand mascara do you use?

I use 2 brands. Yves rocher for the volume and W7 for the length. It is the perfect combination for me.

Q16 Sephora or mac?

I will have to go with mac since there is no Sephora where I live

Q17 what make up tools do you use in make up application?

Brushes my hands and q-tips.

Q18 do you use a base for you makeup?

I always use a eyeshadow base when I am wearing eyeshadow. As for the face, only when I want it to stay put for the entire day.

Q19 what is your favorite eyeshadow

I mostly use brown tints since they look the most natural. Lately I have been hooked on the I heart make up nude chocolate palette.

Q20 do you use a pencil or liquid liner?

Before I always used a liquid line but now I find a pencil better. It works more precise.

Q21 how often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil.

Not that often. It happens more with mascara.

Q22 do you use mineral make up?

I don’t think so. I don’t pay attention to the makeup that much.

Q23 what is your favorite lipstick?

Currently the makeup studio Velvet raspberry beret. It is a lovely lipstick which applies so smoothly.

Q24 how about lip gloss?

I don’t use it. I think it is to sticky.

Q25 what is your favorite blush to use?

H&M sugar coral/ a natural pink on my cheeks

Q26 do you buy your makeup on ebay?

I never buy any products online that I don’t know off what I am buying. Only through the actual shops of a brand, will I buy make up online.

Q27 do you like drugstore makeup?

Yes there are some jewels in those brands. Especially for the price you have to pay

Q28 did you ever consider taking makeup classes?

Yes I am currently taking some online classes.

Q29 are you clumsy in putting on makeup?

I am clumsy in everything I do, that includes my make-up. But practice makes perfect.

Q30 name a makeup crime you hate

In Japan when I saw that people would make themselves look sick because they thought it looked cuter.

Q31 do you like colorful shades of makeup or natural ones?

Depends on the occasion but I mostly go for natural ones?

Q32 which celebrity has great makeup?

I think Jennifer Aniston always looks beautiful. Her makeup always looks quite natural.

Q33 if you could leave the house just using one makeup item, what would you use?

Concealer to cover up some spots and my bags.

Q34 could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?

Yes I do it sometimes when I really don’t feel like doing my makeup/

Q35 do you think you look good even without any makeup on?

Yes I think I look beautiful. Natural beauty is the best.

Q36 In your opinion, what is the best makeup line?

I can’t say each line has its good and bad products.

Q37 What do you think of makeup?

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!
